Food

When I arrived in Ireland, I was very impressed by their diet, as it is very different from ours. In Spain, we have a more varied diet with pulses, vegetables, fish, meats, etc. There they also eat some of these foods, but not in the same way or in the same quantities. Another thing that impressed me a lot is that they live on an island and eat almost no fish.

They have three meals a day, and their schedules are quite different from ours.

They have breakfast when they wake up, and it's quite similar to ours; they also have milk, coffee, and cereals, but they also have other things like beans, sausages, and fried eggs.

Lunch is at one o'clock and is usually a sandwich or something they can eat quickly because they eat it at work or school.

Dinner is the most important meal of the day; they have dinner between five and six in the evening. Dinners are based on chicken and potatoes most days, which are usually cooked in different ways.

In any case, I have eaten very well, and although at first it may seem like a strange diet, you get used to it.
